Assessment of order execution

Some forwarding companies have the opinion: If you don't hear anything to the contrary, the transport probably has been ok. But for us this is not enough. To be able to improve our services permanently and to adapt it to your requirements, we ask you for an assessment after the execution of your special transport. The assessments are then published on this site – in anonymous form.

And as a little thank you for your effort every assessed order (independent from positive or negative assessment) participates in a raffle. Once a month we raffle a CD of your choice. |

At every order the following criteria are assessed:
a) Loading date kept
b) Vehicle and equipment as ordered
c) Delivery date kept
d) Information before and during the transport
with the following marks:

= Ok, everything like ordered and desired. | ||
 |
= There were smaller problems which could be solved without costs. | ||
 |
= There was trouble which caused costs. |
